Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria can apply to Great Lakes Institute by completing an online form.

Alternatively candidates can make a payment Rs 1,500 by CASH at the centres (centres listed on the website) or at Great Lakes City Office / Campus

Candidates have to provide the official email id of two recommenders in the online application form. The recommendation letter must be submitted online. Further details on the same will be provided in the application form.

Evaluation Process
Applicants for admission are evaluated based on GMAT/CAT/XAT scores, past academic performance, essays and letters of recommendation, work experience and performance in the interview and group discussions. The selection process builds in a criterion that facilitates evaluating each applicant on:

Academic Abilities:
Being a one year fast track, the program at Great Lakes is highly demanding and intense; candidates with consistent academic background and an ability to sustain pressure make the shortlist.

Standardized Test Scores:
To eliminate inconsistencies between colleges and universities at the Undergraduate level, Great Lakes considers GMAT or CAT or XAT scores in the overall assessment.

This program is designed to equip a student to respond to the complex business requirements that arise in a changing global business environment. The Post Graduate Program offered at Great Lakes Institute of Management is a fast-track program of one year divided into 7 terms. At a high level the curriculum is divided into the following components:

Program Induction:
The course starts with a one-week orientation program called Course Immersion Module.

Introductory Lectures:
Fundamentals of core subjects like Business Statistics, Marketing, Leadership etc.
Language Course (Chinese) Soft Skills Development Program:
Team building, Ethics, Business Communication and Outdoor Outbound Training Camp (2 days)

This module gives the participants an overview of the core subjects and helps to bring all participants to a common platform. The soft skills development program and the outdoor camp play an instrumental role in increasing interaction and bonding amongst batch mates.

Core Courses:
The first three terms (five months) of the program consist of a compulsory set of 20 core courses in Strategy, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Organizational Behavior, Operations and Quantitative Decisions.

Finance:
The last four terms (Seven Months) of the program consists of the following electives.
